Wird der Konflikt akzeptiert, erstellt BX:EDUCATION den Termin trotz Überschneidung, etwa wenn zwei Klassen bewusst gemeinsam in der Aula sitzen. Wird er nicht akzeptiert, entsteht der Termin gar nicht erst. Das Sekretariat passt dann Raum, Zeit oder Dozierende an und speichert erneut. Für den Gesamtblick gibt es zwei Ansichten. Der »Kalender« zeigt die Termine in einer Tagesansicht und lässt sich nach Bildungsgang, Klasse, Dozent oder Raum filtern, Doppelbuchungen und gesperrte Räume sind darin farblich markiert. Der »Grafische Planer« stellt den Stundenplan als Zeitstrahl dar und lässt sich zwischen Tages-, Wochen- und Monatsansicht umschalten. Samstage und Sonntage lassen sich ausblenden, damit die Unterrichtswoche mehr Platz bekommt. Gefiltert wird nach Veranstaltung, Raum und Dozent. So zeigt der Planer nicht nur, wann welche Veranstaltung stattfindet, sondern auch, welcher Raum am Mittwochnachmittag noch frei ist oder an welchen Tagen eine Dozentin noch keinen Einsatz hat. Bei der Semesterplanung mehrerer Klassen fallen Lücken und Überlappungen dort auf einen Blick auf.
